OFFICERS and members of the newly formed Philippine National Police-Regional Training Center (PNP-RTC) Calabarzon Advisory Council headed by its chairman, retired Police Major General Felizardo Serapio, Jr. (seated, center), pose for posterity shortly after the oath-taking ceremony and meeting held at Camp Guillermo Nakar, Lucena City.

The activity was initiated by PNP-RTC Calabarzon director Col. Marlon Rufo (standing 4th from left) and was graced by former PNP chief Recaredo Sarmiento (5th from left) and Tayabas City Mayor Lovely Reynoso- Pontioso (not in photo) who has already extended necessary assistance for the completion of the still ongoing regional training center in the city.

Rufo said that with the “blessings” given and still coming from several local government units (LGUs) and other “helping hands,” he is optimistic about finally building a “world-class training center” that the PNP and the Filipinos can be proud of.
