PNP-CIDG collars city hall exec, brod for loose firearms
BUKIDNON – Philippine National Police-Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (PNP-CIDG) Director Major General Eliseo DC Cruz announced on Thursday the arrest of Abe Gillaco, a 40-year-old Human Resource (HR) Management Officer of Valencia City Hall, and his brother Hernalito, 52 for illegal possession of unlicensed firearms and ammo.
