ELEVEN drug suspects were arrested and some P1,700,000 worth of shabu was seized on Saturday in a drug den raid by members of the PDEA Central Luzon, PDEA RO-NCR, and local police unit in Metro Manila.

PDEA Central Luzon Regional Director Bryan Babang identified the suspects as alleged drug den Ma. Carmita Gonzales, 59, of Bgy. Lapaz, Makati; Emmie Leynes, 54, of Bgy. 766, Zone 83, Manila; Rosmel Muan Dupitis, 49, of Villamor Air Base, Pasay City; Erwin Lucero, 55, of San Andres Bukid, Manila; Rex Peterson, 22, of Bgy. Lapaz, Makati City; Irene Bacolod, 36, of San Andres Bukid, Manila; Jehan San Juan, 40, of San Andres Bukid, Manila; Criseldo Gonzales, 64, of Lapaz, Makati City; Leah Perez,41, of Bgy. 688, Manila; Reyna Raeli, 47, of San Andres, Manila; and Jonathan Moras, 39, of Lapaz, Makati City.

The operation yielded at least 250 grams of shabu valued at P1,700,00; assorted drug paraphernalia; and the marked money.

Babang said the suspects will be charged with violation of RA 9165 or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
