MANILA Mayor Maria Sheilah “Honey” Lacuna-Pangan on Tuesday afternoon highlighted the achievements of her administration when she delivered her State of the City Address (SOCA) at the Session Hall of the Manila City Council.

“Dito sa Maynila, walang iniiwan, lahat kasama, lahat mahalaga,” Mayor Honey said.

Lacuna-Pangan, who made history as the first woman mayor of the country’s capital emphasized on the positive development and assistance her administration brought to the residents of the city, especially senior citizens, students, solo parents, persons with disability (PWDs) and even business sectors over a year since she assumed office.

She cited an updated monthly P500 allowance for 180,000 senior citizens, their birthday cakes, Christmas boxes, free entrance every Wednesday at the Manila Zoo and monthly maintenance medicine from city health centers, including the P100,000 incentive from the local government she personally delivered to 17 centenarians from July last year up to present.
