Mabalacat mayor lauds PRO3 drive vs crime, illegal drugs
Camp Olivas, City of San Fernando, Pampanga – PRO3’s traditional Monday flag raising ceremony was graced by Mabalacat Mayor Crisostomo Garbo who was welcomed by the men and women of the Central Luzon police led by Brig. Gen. Valeriano de Leon.
Garbo hailed the unwavering efforts of the PRO3 police force for making the region safe against crime and illegal drugs.
“The PNP, as the premier lead agency and partner of the LGUs, has the biggest part in ensuring security, public order, and safety of the general public,” Garbo said.
Garbo pinned awards on PNP personnel who performed exemplary service.
De Leon thanked Garbo for visiting the PRO3, adding that team PNP-PRO3 will continue to work hands-on with the LGUs and other concerned agencies to deliver quality services to the public.
Garbo’s visit coincided with the donning of ranks to the newly-promoted police lieutenant colonels.
