Lolo, 67, nabbed for acts of lasciviousness
A 67-YEAR-OLD grandfather was nabbed in Pandacan, Manila by operatives from the Manila Police District – Pandacan Police Station 10 by irtue of an arrest warrant for a case of acts of lasciviousness.
The suspect, identified as Rufino Agpoon, of Zamora Street, Pandacan, was arrested at 12 noon yesterday (August 16) along Maaliwalas Street in Kahilum 1, Pandacan, based on a report by station commander P/ Lt. Col.Dennis Rodriguez, who said that the arrest was made pursuant to a warrant of arrest issued by Judge Jose Lorenzo Dela Rosa of the Manila Regional Trial Court Branch 4.
Dated May 21, the warrant was issued while a bail of P180,000 was set for the provisional liberty of the accused.
Meanwhile, still at the MPD, a female inmate at Station 6 died due to breathing difficulty.
The inmate, a resident of Punta, Sta. Ana, Manila, died at around 6:45a.m. on Saturday, according to PSMS Jansen Rey San Pedro of the MPD-homicide section. She was pronounced dead on arrival at the hospital where she was rushed.
Police said the inmate had asthma and was arrested on July 30, 2021 on drug charges.
