VICE Mayor Honey Lacuna said that she and runningmate Yul Servo, currently third district Congressman and deputy House Majority Floor Leader, have a complete slate that symbolizes “unification” in the city of Manila.

Lacuna said that in their lineup for city councilors, they are joined by the late Mayor Alfredo Lim’s grandson Nino dela Cruz who is running for first district Councilor.

Former Manila Mayor Lito Atienza’s daughter Maile, on the other hand, is one of their candidates for third district Councilor and is gunning for a second term.

Mayor Atienza’s grandson Nico is also included in their slate as a candidate for fifth district Councilor.

Councilor DJ Bagatsing, who is seeking reelection as fourth district Councilor, is a nephew of the late Manila Mayor Ramon Bagatsing while fifth district Councilor Mon Yupangco, who is also running for another term, is a nephew of the late Mayor Mel Lopez.

Meanwhile, reelectionist Congressman Edward Maceda (fourth district) is a son of the late Senator Ernest Maceda who was among the closest allies of former President Erap Estrada.

The tandem of Lacuna and Servo, who are running for Manila Mayor and Vice Mayor respectively under the local party Asenso Manileno founded by the vice mayor’s father, former Vice Mayor Danny Lacuna, is so far the only team that has a complete lineup, composed of candidates for the six Congressional districts and 36 candidates for Councilors.

Lacuna is currently serving her second term as Vice Mayor of Manila while Servo is likewise on his second term as Congressman for the third district of Manila.
