First foreign boyfriend ni Bela Padilla ang Swiss bf niya ngayong si Normay Bay. Nakilala niya ito while doing the film Meet Me in St. Gallen and during that time, three years na siyang single.

Sa latest online interview ni Bela ay inamin niyang may attraction na agad the first time na makita niya si Norman.

“Obviously, he’s very handsome. None of my exes necessarily look alike like I don’t have a type but when I saw Norman, I said this ‘oh, this guy is really cute. So I enjoyed looking at him as I was talking to him,” sey ni Bela.

Nakilala raw niya si Norman sa last shooting day ng Meet Me in St. Gallen.

“He was studying in the University in St. Gallen. The University in St. Gallen focuses mostly on business-related courses. He was doing a course there. I met him on the last day of my filming.

“Super sakto kasi I was leaving for Zurich the next day. I was leaving town the next day, I wanted to do a road trip by myself, soul searching kasi nga I was going through something.

“Tapos, ‘yun, we met on the last day. And we just had a really nice ang long conversation. He met everyone, he met the film crew, he met Direk Irene (Villamor, the director of the movie), he met Carlo (Aquino) and we basically just had fun.

“’Yun, that’s when it started I guess. But we didn’t start officially dating until a year and a half ago,” kwento ni Bela.

Ayon kay Bela ay marami raw siyang natututunan kay Norman.

“When I met Norman, I learned so much. Our conversations were flowing endlessly. He introduced me to a lot of his friends when I was in Switzerland. I just felt like every day I got to spend with him, or every conversation I had with him, I feel like I am learning something new. Which I really enjoy because I hope the people who talk to me get that from me as well. If I am not learning, I cannot give that to the people I am talking to,” she said.

May mga naglalabasan nga ngayong engaged na siya at iiwan na niya ang showbiz.

“I’m not engaged, I’m also not getting married anytime soon, I’m not leaving the showbiz industry. I have a movie coming out next year, very, very soon. No, I’m not leaving,” sey niya.

Sa ngayon ay sa mananatili raw muna siya sa London para makilala ang family ng father’s side niya.

“ABS-CBN is still kind of closed, we aren’t back to what we used to be, so while I’m waiting and while I’m excited for the return of ABS-CBN, I wanna see first what I can do as an individual,” aniya.
