I Like Aero@10: Female fitness group promotes health, wellness the fun way
I LIKE Aero, a pioneering female fitness group in Bulacan has been spreading health and wellness for 10 years and is still counting.
On August 11, 2023, I Like Aero is celebrating its first decade as a successful advocate of physical, mental, and social well-being with a Miss I Like Aero Jr. 2023 and Miss Like Aero Sr. 2023 pageant at the Pavilion 1 from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m.
I Like Aero also proves that age is not a hindrance to stay fit. The group has eight senior citizens who are 70 years old and up who never skip a beat during their regular aerobics classes held 7 to 8 a.m. every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.
I Like Aero ladies’ dynamic dance instructess is Vicky Calderon.
Their 10th year anniversary celebration’s emcee is Judith A. Lardizabal. Co-emcee is Dess dela Pena.
