Hogtied man found on Kawit road
KAWIT, Cavite – An unidentified and alleged “salvage” victim was found lifeless on the side of the road with his hands and feet tied along Abaya Road, Barangay Toclong in Kawit, Cavite, Friday, September 9, 2022.
In the investigation by Police Sergeant Mark Anthony Dealca, at 4:20 p.m., the body of the victim was discovered, which motorists passing by thought was just a “mannequin” due to its white skin.
The victim is estimated to be 25 to 30 years old with a height of 5’9, white skin, short hair, and wearing a white t-shirt, denim pants, and white shoes.
According to the residents, they suspect that the victim is a “Chinese national”, but the police do not want to confirm this until the forensic and post-mortem examination is done.
