Dumped lover stabs 2 elderly women, young girl to death
A MAN allegedly rejected by his live-in partner on Tuesday stabbed two elderly women and an 11-year-old girl to death in Limay, Bataan.
Victims Rosita Velasquez Lobaton, 70; Marie Sampang, 60, and the latter’s granddaughter Reign Sampang, 11, succumbed to multiple stab wounds.
The tragedy occurred in the house of Lobaton in Bgy. Duale in Limay.
A report submitted to Limay police chief Maj. Dennis Duran identified the suspect as Arvin Paule Martin of Bgy. San Pablo Lubao. Pampanga.
An investigation showed prior to the killing, the suspect and Marie quarreled.
A witness told the police that Marie allegedly wanted to end the relationship with Martin but the suspect refused that led to the heated fight.
The suspect left the area but returned with a knife and started stabbing the victims one after the other before fleeing.
Martin was arrested in a follow-up operation in Pampanga.
Multiple murder charges are being readied for filing in court against the arrested suspect.
