THE Philippine National Police (PNP) headed by General Rodolfo S. Azurin Jr., on Thursday received immune booster products from the Mercury Drug Corporation during simple ceremonies at Camp Crame.

The top cop, joined by PNP Director for Logistics, Major Gen. Ronaldo E. Olay, and PNP Health Service acting director, Colonel Jezebel D. Medina, received the medical donation from Mercury Drug Corp. Executives Iñigo Lim and Malone Juan.

The medical donation includes 39 boxes of Provital Immuna Plus and 21 boxes of Royale Immuno Boost.

“Let me extend the sincerest gratitude of the PNP leadership to the Mercury Drug Corporation for always providing our police officers with medical and nutritional products to boost their immunity while performing their duties, most especially during the rainy season and from exposure to different infectious diseases such as COVID-19 virus,” Azurin said.

Provital Immuna Plus is a nutritious milk scientifically formulated for adults 50 years and above. It is the only milk with Yeast Beta-glucan, Selenium, and Vitamin C, which help support the immune system.

On the other hand, Royale Immuno Boost Premium is a dietary food supplement that contains Beta Glucan (β-Glucan), which has been claimed to protect against infection by bacteria, viruses, pathogenic microorganisms as well as prevent cancer promotion and progression and has synergistic anti-tumor effects with monoclonal antibodies and cancer chemotherapeutics.
