Convicted murderer on parole held for rape
PALAYAN CITY — An alleged convicted murderer now on parole tagged as the city’s most wanted man on Wednesday was arrested by the police for rape.
In his report to Mayor Rianne Cuevas, city police head Lt. Col. Renato Morales identified the arrested parolee as Andy Pangan, 40, of Bgy. Communal, Cabanatuan City.
Morales said Pangan has been tagged as a most wanted person in this city by virtue of an arrest warrant for rape issued on July 19, 2017 by Regional Trial Court Judge Trese Wenceslao, of the Cabanatuan City RTC, with no bail recommended.
Pangan was arrested at his sister’s house in Bgy. Singalat.
