CAMP OLIVAS, City of San Fernando, Pampanga — The Central Luzon police on Tuesday arrested three most wanted felons in the region.

In a report to Police Regional Office 3 director Brig. Gen. Jose Hidalgo Jr., the operation led to the capture of Nueva Vizcaya’s second-ranked fugitive identified as Simeon Bautista, a 41-year-old farmer, of Subic, Zambales.

The Zambales police said Bautista was listed as the second-most wanted individual in Nueva Vizcaya for two counts of rape.

Meanwhile, businessman Jerome Agnes, 27, of San Marcelino, Zambales and Top 7 most wanted in the province, was apprehended for two counts of qualified theft.

In another operation, the Mabalacat police nabbed Robin Padilla, 24, of Madapdap Resettlement Center, Bgy. Dapdap, in Mabalacat City, Pampanga, for rape and violation of R.A 11648.

“The continuous apprehension of these most wanted individuals is a testament to the unwavering dedication and extra efforts of the PRO3 team to uphold the law at all times. I commend our field personnel for their exceptional achievements,” said Hidalgo.
