Bitrics inspires co-delegates at Kigali Global Dialogue
REPUBLIC OF RWANDA, Central Africa – As the Kigali Global Dialogue draws to a close, Batangas 2nd District Representative Atty. Gerville “Jinky Bitrics” Luistro, as one of the panelists, presented her “exceptional” performance and dedication as part of the Philippine delegate and left an indelible mark on the conference held on Wednesday.
Her contributions have not only “elevated” the Philippines’ global standing but have also “inspired” fellow delegates to work towards finding comprehensive and inclusive solutions to the world’s most pressing issues.
Cong. Luistro, known for her unwavering dedication to public service and her expertise in legal matters, has been “instrumental in amplifying” the Philippine perspective during the conference.

In the Kigali Global Dialogue, Luistro shared the condition of the “Informal Economy” with its workers, especially in the Philippines.
Her message highlighted the discussion of Proposed House Bill No. 347, known as the Magna Carta for Workers in the Informal Economy, which aims to protect the basic rights of workers who are members of the informal economy.
