40 families get title grants from NHA, Caloocan LGU

AROUND 40 resident families of the Tala Resettlement Project were awarded with Transfer Certificate of Titles (TCT) for their own lots by the National Housing Authority (NHA), in coordination with the city government of Caloocan held at the Tala Glorietta Park.

The event also included the signing of deeds of donation by the NHA for open spaces, pathways, and roads that it donated to Phase 3-A of the said resettlement project.

Caloocan City Mayor Dale Gonzalo “Along” Malapitan, who is likewise the Vice Chairman of the Tala Development Project of the NHA, sincerely congratulated the beneficiaries of the TCTs and expected for the recipients to take good care of the gift given to them for the benefit of their communities and families.

“Congratulations po sa ating mga awardees! Sana po ay maging inspirasyon sa inyo ang inyong mga titulo pati na ang mga open space at pathways na ipinagkaloob ng NHA na gawing masaya ang inyong tahanan at komunidad. Inaasahan ko rin po na aalagaan niyo ang biyayang ito upang mapakinabangan pa ng inyong mga anak at apo,” he said.

Mayor Along expressed his utmost gratitude toward the partnership of the NHA and the City Housing and Resettlement Office (HARO) and hopes that the partnership will continue to bloom and bear fruit for the welfare of Caloocan residents.

The awarding was attended by key NHA officials as well as Caloocan City District 1 Representative Cong. Oscar “Oca” Malapitan and City Administrator Engr. Aurora Ciego.
