4 Chinese nat’ls collared for kidnapping
FOUR Chinese nationals were arrested for kidnapping their compatriot Sunday evening in Parañaque City. Southern Police District (SPD) Director P/BGen. Jimili Macaraeg said Barangay Tambo Sub-Station 2 policemen, together with security guards of Aseana, intercepted the suspects identified as Hu Tang, 35; Jiang Zhengxing, 29; Liu Lu, 30; and Gud Hui, 36, at the corner of Macapagal and Bradco Avenues, Bgy. Tambo at around 11:45 p.m. after they abducted Zhijie Huang, 32, an encoder.
