CABANATUAN CITY – An estimated P77.5-million worth of illegal drugs were seized while some 2,310 suspects, including 99 high-value individuals (HVIs), were arrested during a total of 1,494 anti-illegal drug operations conducted in Central Luzon from January 10 to March 31, 2025, according to Police Regional Office 3 (PRO3) director Brig. Gen. Jean S. Fajardo.

In lauding the PRO3’s accomplishments, Fajardo said these big numbers showed proof of the commitment and dedication being exemplified by her men, who have worked tirelessly to protect communities from the dangers of illegal drugs.

From the 81-day operations, the total volume of seized illegal drugs consisted of 11,110.98 grams of shabu, 14,846.91 grams of marijuana, and 151.59 grams of kush, for an estimated total amount of P77,546,600.31.

“Our intensified efforts have yielded these significant results, and we remain committed to ensuring a safer, drug-free community for all,” said Fajardo.

As the fight against illegal drugs presses on, the public’s role remains crucial, she added.

The PRO3 chief also called on every resident to stay vigilant and report any suspicious drug-related activities—because a safer Central Luzon is a responsibility shared by all.
