2 nailed for P170K shabu in Cabanatuan drug sting
CABANATUAN CITY – A male vendor and a 50-year-old widow were both nabbed during a buy-bust operation after yielding illegal drugs worth P170,000 here on Friday night.
City police head Lt. Col. Edilmar G. Alviar said the anti-illegal drug operation was pulled off at the Unity Village, Purok 5, Barangay Kalikid Sur, at 10:30 p.m. on November 11.
The suspects were immediately arrested after selling P1,000 worth of shabu to a police poseur-buyer.
Police seized from the duo a 12-gauge shotgun with eight live ammunition and six plastic sachets of shabu weighing 25 grams worth P170,000.
Appropriate charges are set to be filed against the suspects.
