USC athlete Torregosa shines
UNIVERSITY of San Carlos track athlete Artjoy Torregosa nails her first-ever title in her first attempt into 42 km full marathon as she won the Cebu Marathon with a time of three hours, 12 minutes and 14 seconds.
Kenyan runner Eric Chepsiror ruled the Men’s 42 km for the sixth time, clocking in 2:33.50.
National athletes Richard Salano, Christine Hallasgo and Joida Gagnao dominated the men’s and women’s 24 km and women’s 12 km.
