Tulfo, Legarda, Cayetano lead in latest Pulse Asia senatorial race
FORMER broadcaster Raffy Tulfo, Antique representative Loren Legarda, and Taguig-Pateros First District representative Alan Peter Cayetano continue their momentum in the senatorial campaign as they respectively ranked first, second, and third in the latest Pulse Asia Survey for Senatorial preferences conducted from March 17-21.
Tulfo led the pack with 65.6% likely voting for him and an awareness of 99%. Legarda got 58.3 % likely voting for her with an awareness of 98% while Cayetano scored 56.4% with a 99% awareness rating.
Others in the top 12 include Sorsogon Governor Francis “Chiz” Escudero, former DPWH secretary Mark Villar, and Senator Win Gatchalian.
The rest of the line-up include Miguel Zubiri, senator Joel Villanueva, actor Robin Padilla, former Vice President Jejomar Binay, Jinggoy Estrada, and JV Ejercito.
Another female candidate, senator Risa Hontiveros is battling for the 11 to 14 spot alongside former Quezon City mayor Herbert Bautista.
