ON frontrunner presidential candidate Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos’ 33% lead in the latest Pulse Asia survey, Marcos’ chief of staff and spokesman Atty. Vic Rodriguez issued this statement:
“Marami pong salamat sa patuloy ninyong pagtitiwala at ang standard-bearer ng PFP ay nananatili pa ring Number One sa inyong mga puso!
“Seven days to go before election day, the trajectory and the numbers of presidential frontrunner Bongbong Marcos and vice-presidential leader Sara Duterte are showing no signs of slowing down.
“The message and call for UNITY have reverberated all over the land among a great majority of Filipinos who responded by continuously embracing the tandem of BBM-SARA.
“For all of us in the UniTeam, the most important survey is the election day itself, thus, we call upon our countrymen to be vigilant and let us make sure that the true and genuine will of the people shall be heard, be counted and prevail.
“This election is all about our future, as Filipinos of one race and as one nation.
“Please go out and vote on May 9.”
