Signing of MOA, groundbreaking for DSWD building in Lipa held
BATANGAS — Governor DoDo Mandanas participated in the signing of a Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) and groundbreaking to build the new office of the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) Field Office IV-A in Lipa City on Friday, September 2.
Led by DSWD Secretary Erwin Tulfo, Deputy Speaker Ralph Recto of the 6th District of Batangas, DSWD Usec. JericO Francis Javier, Lipa City Mayor Eric Africa, and other officials of the national government placed the time capsule and signed the agreement to carry out the said project.
The event was also participated in by Batangas DSWDO head Joy Montalbo, 6th District Board Member Bibong Mendoza, as well as officials from national agencies and the City Government of Lipa.
