PBBM’s 4PH project now open for application in Palayan City
PALAYAN CITY — Mayor Viandrei Nicole “Vianne” J. Cuevas announced that the application for the Pambansang Pabahay Para sa Pilipino Housing (4PH) Township Project is already open in the city.
The 4PH is one of the flagship projects of President Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr., in collaboration with the Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD) led by Secretary Jose “Jerry” Rizalino L. Acuzar, and the Palayan City government under City Mayor Cuevas.
The 4PH Township of Palayan City LGU is a project that offers modern affordable housing for Novo Ecijano families.
The housing project is located in Bgy. Atate, where at least 5,000 units will be made available for occupancy. The site is complete with recreational and social facilities for an integrated and convenient community living.

It would be recalled that President Marcos Jr., Cuevas, Acuzar, Speaker Ferdinand Martin Romualdez, Sen. Joseph Victor Ejercito and other officials in December of last year held the groundbreaking ceremonies for the said project, which aims to build 44 towers with approximately 11,000 housing units.
The 4PH project also features a market area, livelihood center, health center and elementary school among other planned infrastructure.
This program of President Marcos Jr. aims to provide homes to six million Filipinos and create approximately 1.7 million jobs every year from 2023 to 2028.
