PRE, galing na ako sa loob, huwag kang magkakamaling ituro ako sa mga pulis, papatayin kita”

This warning allegedly came from Shaun Paul Jayme, 37, a suspected drug pusher and resident of Paraport St., Gen. Tl De Leon who reportedly flashed a firearm tucked in his waist during a buy-bust Saturday evening in Valenzuela City.

When the police poseur-buyer handed the marked money to Jayme amounting to P16,000 in exchange for two plastic sachets of shabu, the undercover cop gave the pre-arranged signal prompting elements of Station Drug Enforcement Unit (SDEU) led by P/Lt. Joel Madregalejo to arrest the suspect.

When frisked, the suspect yielded a total of more or less 130 grams of shabu with standard drug price of P884,000, .45 caliber silver gray gun replica, a blue motorcycle and marked money consisting of one P500 genuine bill and 31 pieces of P500 boodle or play money used in the drug sting.

The suspect was subjected to electronic proceedings before the Valenzuela City Prosecutor’s Office on charges for violation of selling and possession of illegal drugs under R.A. 9165 or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drug Act of 2002 and violation of R.A. 10591 or the Comprehensive Law on Firearms and Ammunition Regulation Act.
