TAGAYTAY CITY, Cavite – Newly elected Cavite 8th District Rep. Aniela Tolentino has filed 10 House bills on June 30 and July 1 at the Lower House.

Tolentino succeeded her father, three termer 8th Dictrict representative and now returned Tagaytay City Mayor and Philippine Olympic Committee (POC) President Abraham ‘Bambol’ Tolentino.

Her bills are: House Bill (HB) 595, An act creating a Regional Trial Court Branch in Alfonso, Cavite; HV596, An act declaring every September 7 as Emiliano Riego De Dios Day in Maragondon, Cavite; HB 597, An act declaring every May 8 as Liberators Guerilla Day in Municipality of Maragondon, Cavite; HB 598, Research and Development Efficiency Act; HB 599, Katutubong Tagapagtanggol Act of 2022; HB 956, Eco- waste management act filed on July 1, 2022; HB 957, Nuclear Science and Nuclear Engineering Scholarship Act;HB 958, Waste to Energy Act, filed July 1, 2022; HB 959, Barangay Workers Incentives Act filed on July 1, 2022 and HB 960, National Teachers Medical Center Act filed on July 1, 2022.

Tolentino personally filed her proposed bills in the Lower House ahead of the opening of the 19th Congress on July 25.
