BINUKSAN ng Land Transportation Office (LTO) noong Biyernes ang extension office na pumalit sa lumang LTO-San Mateo Office na sinira ng baha dala ng bagyong Ulysses noong 2020.

Sinabi ni LTO Chief Assistant Secretary Vigor Mendoza II na kasama sa pangako ang pagbubukas ng LTO San Mateo Extension Office ni Pangulong Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos, Jr. at Transportation Secretary Jaime J. Bautista na pag-ibayuhin ang programa ng gobyerno.

“We continuously strive to make all the LTO transactions fast and convenient to our clients. This is the reason why we pursued the construction of this extension office for the benefit of the people of San Mateo, Rizal,” sabi ni Mendoza.

Itinatag ang LTO-San Mateo Extension Office sa pamamagitan ng Office Order No. 2019-287 at orihinal na matatagpuan sa Kambal Road, Brgy. Gitnang Bayan, San Mateo, Rizal.

Nakatayo sa 8,000-square meter lot sa 122 General Luna Ave., Barangay Ampid 1, San Mateo, Rizal ang LTO-San Mateo Extension Office.
