Lone bettor bags P102M lotto pot

A LONE bettor bagged over P100 million jackpot of the 6/42 Lotto draw during Saturday night’s draw( November 4), the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) said .

The PCSO said the winning combination of 6/42 lotto was 07-34-11-26-05-06,.

The total P102,254,379.40 jackpot, the agency said, will be subjected to 20 percent tax in accordance with the TRAIN Law.

While the selling agent will get 1 % prize commission of the jackpot prize but not to exceed P1 million.

The solo winner bought the ticket in a lotto outlet in Bayombong, Nueva Viscaya.

Aside from the jackpot winners, 69 bettors will each receive P24,000 for the second prize, and 3,422 players will each receive P800 for the third prize.

Lotto 6/42 draws are held on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays.

Meanwhile, no one correctly guessed the winning digit combination for the Grand Lotto 6/55 of 33-18-47-26-24-20 with a jackpot prize of P97,451,197.20.

However, three bettors won the second prize and will each receive P100,000, while 525 players will each receive P1,500 as the third prize.

The 6/ 42 Lotto is drawn every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.

PCSO urged the public to continue patronizing the products of the agency, saying people in dire need of help will surely benefit from the agency’s charity programs.-
