Ex-village chief killed in Laguna home
A 52-YEAR-OLD former barangay captain on Friday was shot dead in her residence in Bgy. Laguio, Siniloan, Laguna.
Laguna Police Provincial Director Col. Rogarth Campo identified the victim as Antonio Regencia, a former CAFGU member, and a lecturer at the Philippine Army.
Regencia sustained gunshot wounds in the head and body.
Relatives found the victim lying bloodied and dead in his house at 6 p.m. on Friday.
An investigation is ongoing.
