Caloocan rolls out free antigen tests

THE Caloocan City Government, in partnership with the office of Councilors Vince Hernandez and Lanz Almeda, started to offer free mobile antigen swab testing in four densely populated barangays in the city.

Mayor Oscar “Oca” Malapitan said the free mobile antigen swab testing started to roll out its services on Wednesday in Barangay 1, covering the area of Sangandaan, Barangay 18 in Poblacion, Barangay 43 in Grace Park West, and Barangay 78 in Pio Valenzuela St., all located in District II.

Councilor Hernandez said the free mobile antigen is open to all Caloocan City residents, even those residing in the nearby barangays, who want to avail the program.

Meanwhile, the City Health Department will continue to conduct mobile antigen swab testing in Barangay 22 in A. Mabini St. and Barangay 175 in Camarin area, North Caloocan while the RT-PCR swab testing sites in People’s Park and Caloocan Sports Complex are open from Monday to Friday.
