Call DOTR Commuter Hotline for concerns, complaints
COMMUTERS may now call a special DOTR hotline number for commuter-related concerns and other transport issues. through contact number 0920-964-3687.
The Hotline will serve as DOTR’s central hotline for commuter concerns, grievances, and complaints.
The Commuter Hotline 0920-964-3687 will receive complaints and reports of concerns from Monday to Friday starting 8 a.m until 5 p.m.
Transportation Secretary Jaime Bautista said the DOTR Commuter Hotline is the agency’s channel that will receive complaints and reports of red tape from citizens within its offices and attached agencies.
“We established this hotline because we recognize the public’s role in creating a clean and efficient DOTR,” Bautista said.
“We urge our fellow Filipinos to report your concerns via the Commuter Hotline that requires full attention of the DOTR and its attached agencies,” he added.
