Bulacan sting nets HVT, P100K shabu
CITY OF SAN FERNADO, PAMPANGA – A suspected drug pusher included in PDEA-PNP target-list was arrested and yielded over P100,000 worth of shabu, gun and live bullets in a buy-bust in Bulacan.
The operation was jointly conducted by PDEA Bulacan Provincial Office and the local police here.
In a report to PDEA Director General Wilkins Villanueva, PDEA-3 Regional Director Bryan Babang identified the high-value target (HVT) as Cecinio Galit alias Junjun Galit, 34, of Bgy. Citrus, San Jose del Monte City, Bulacan.
Confiscated from Galit’s possession were several plastic sachets of shabu valued at P102,000; a weighing scale; one .38 gun loaded with six live bullets; and the buy-bust money.
Charges for violation of section 5 (sale of dangerous drugs) and section 11 (possession of dangerous drugs) of Republic Act 9165 will be filed against the suspect.
