Alleged serial rapist nabbed in Olongapo City
CAMP OLIVAS, City of San Fernando, Pampanga – A 40-year-old man wanted for multiple sexual abuse cases on Tuesday was arrested in Olongapo City.
Olongapo City police chief Col. Jeric Villanueva said Fedrito Tomnog was arrested in a manhunt operation conducted at #25 Ruano St., Purok 2, Bgy. Gordon Heights, Olongapo City.
The suspect was nabbed based on a warrant for 10 counts of statutory rape, violation of Anti-Child Abuse Law, and six counts of rape.
“We vow to continuously launch operations to arrest all persons sought by law to rid our communities of lawless elements, ” said Police Regional Office 3 director Brig. Gen. Matthew Baccay.
