ACT-CIS vows to prioritize cases of workers, poor
THE ACT-CIS Party-list on Sunday said their priority now is to focus on the cases of the poor and workers.
According to ACT-CIS 1st nominee Cong. Edvic Yap, “Dumarami ang mga lumalapit sa opisina namin na may mga suliranin sa trabaho at sa kanilang komunidad o barangay.”
He said, “ang problema hindi nila alam saan lalapit dahil wala silang pera para magkonsulta sa abogado.”
“We encourage doon sa mga salat sa buhay pero may mga kaso o walang malapitan dahil ang kalaban nila ay malaking tao o malakas, then punta sila sa ACT-CIS,” Cong. Yap said.
For her part, ACT-CIS 2nd nominee Cong. Jocelyn Tulfo assured that they have staff that can be approached or talked to by phone or cellphone.
“Bukas po ang opis namin at kahit sino pwedeng lumapit lalo na yung mga mahihirap na can not afford ng mga abogado,” Cong. Tulfo said.
