MWP nabbed for sexual assault
A 28-YEAR-OLD Most Wanted Person charged with sexual assault was nabbed Monday afternoon in Biñan City, Laguna.
Laguna Provincial Director PCol. Rogarth Campo, in a report to Calabarzon Regional Director PBGen. Eliseo DC Cruz, identified the arrested suspect as Jessie Pabillore, of Bgy. Canlalay, Biñan City.
The suspect is the city’s No. 1 most wanted person. He was collared at about 4:20 p.m. on Halang Road.
The arrest was conducted on the strength of a warrant of arrest for two counts of sexual assault issued by Biñan City RTC Branch 154 Judge Dennis Jusi Rafa.
A P200,000 bail was recommended for the suspect’s provisional release.
