4 HVT ‘druggies’ nabbed, over P3.6M shabu, MJ seized
TWO separate anti-narcotics operations conducted by agents of the Philippine National Police-Drug Enforcement Group (PNP-DEG) resulted in the arrest of four “high-value targets” (HVTs) and the seizure of more than P3.6 million worth of shabu and dried marijuana (MJ) leaves in Luzon, PNP-DEG Director Brigadier General Randy Q.
