
Young ‘peeping Tom’ nabbed
LUPAO, Nueva Ecija – Police arrested a 17-year-old “peeping Tom” in this town.
The suspect, a child-in-conflict-with-the law, was caught in his house in Bgy. Bagong Flores, this municipality at 11 a.m. on Saturday.
SSgt. Ezer C. Lomboy said the operation was pulled off by virtue of an arrest warrant for violation of Section 4 (d) of Republic Act 9995 or the Anti-Photo and Video Voyeurism Act of 2009 in relation to Republic Act 10175 or the Cyber Crime Prevention Act of 2012.
The arrest warrant was issued on April 3, 2023 by San Jose City Regional Trial Court Branch 38 Judge Leo Cecilio D. Bautista, with a recommended bail of P42,000.
The young suspect is set to be turned over to the Municipal Social Welfare and Development Office.
