Woman nabbed for human trafficking
Camp Olivas, City of San Fernando, Pampanga – A 65-year-old woman wanted for human trafficking was arrested on Friday in a manhunt operation in Pampanga.
Pampanga police director Col. Arnold Thomas Ibay said members of the Minalin municipal police conducted a manhunt operation resulting in the arrest of Filomena Singca at her residence in Bgy. Lourdes
Ibay said Singca has a standing warrant of arrest for Anti-Trafficking in Persons Act of 2003 or RA 9208 issued by Cabanatuan, Nueva Ecija Regional Trial Court Branch 23.
PRO3 director Brig. Gen. Valeriano de Leon lauded the operating teams for making it possible for the suspect to answer for her crimes.
