At 3 PM Wednesday, a low pressure area (LPA) was estimated based on all available data at 235 km east of General Santos City. It is embedded along the Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) affecting Mindanao. The easterlies are affecting the rest of the country.

Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms due to the easterlies. Flash floods or landslides possible during severe thunderstorms.
