Village chief, 15 others nabbed for illegal ‘tupada’
AN Alaminos Barangay Chairman and 15 other suspects were nabbed for illegal “tupada” or cockfighting by the Provincial Special Operation Group (PSOG) and Alaminos Police on Thursday in Bgy. San Miguel Alaminos, Laguna. The Laguna Police Provincial Office (PPO) received information before from a confidential informant about the rampant illegal cockfighting activity in Bgy. San Miguel, Alaminos, Laguna and then conducted an anti-illegal gambling operation against the tupada upon verification. By Gil Aman
