ISANG elementary teacher ang nasukol ng mga kapulisan sa loob mismo ng isang paaralan sa Tondo, Maynila, Lunes ng tanghali.

Ang suspek ay residente ng Tondo.

Base sa ulat ni P/Lt. Col. Dionelle Brannon, commander ng Manila Police District (MPD)-Sta. Mesa Police Station 8, bandang 11:30 a.m. nang posasan ang suspek sa kasong “rape” sa loob mismo ng paaralang elementarya sa Tondo.

Bitbit ang warrant of arrest na inisyu ni Presiding Judge Roy Gironella ng Regional Trial Court (RTC) Branch 43 ng National Capital Region Manila na may petsang Hunyo 3, 2022, sa kasong paglabag sa Section 5(B) Article lll ng Republic Act 7610 (2 counts of rape) at walang inilaang piyansa para sa suspek.

Pinangunahan nina P/Lt. Daniel Gaddi Jr. ng Warrant Intelligence Section ng Station 8 at ilang tauhan ng Regional Mobile Force Batallon ng NCRPO ang ginawang pag-aresto sa naturang guro.

Ang nahuling rape suspect ay diumano’y ranked no. 1 most wanted person.
