
QC cops nab 22 drug suspects, seize P189K worth of shabu
ANTI-narcotics operatives of the Quezon City Police District (QCPD) have arrested 22 illegal drug suspects and confiscated P189,784 worth of illegal substances and drug paraphernalia.
The La Loma Police Station 1, headed by PLt. Col Ferdinand Casiano, arrested Jello John Bistudio at 3:00 p.m. last October 15 in Brgy. Balingasa. Seized from him was 0.50 grams of shabu valued at P3,400.
The Masambong Police Station 2, under PLt. Col. Jewel Nicanor, arrested Abdulrahman Abdullah at 10:40 p.m. in Brgy. Del Monte. He was found with 2 grams of shabu worth P13,600.
Novaliches Police Station 4, led by PLt. Col. Morgan Aguilar, arrested Eduardo Villanueva at 6:45 p.m. in Brgy. Gulod. Seized from him were 3 grams of shabu valued at P20,400.
The Fairview Police Station 5, under PLt. Col. Richard Mepania, apprehended Eduardo Jazarino, Jonathan Lampano and Jenny Elizarde at 1:00 a.m. on October 16 in Brgy. Sta. Lucia. Seized from them were 2 grams of shabu worth P13,800.
The Batasan Police Station 6, led by PLt. Col. Romil Avenido, arrested Salvador Garcia Tullos Jr. and Primo Sevilla Delis at 3:00 p.m. in Brgy. Old Balara. They were caught with 4 grams of shabu with a street value of P27,200.
Later, Antonio Biasora Parayao was also apprehended with 1.38 grams of shabu valued at P9,384.
Orly Liwag Nierra and Algene Boy Deplor Aguilar were arrested with 4 grams of shabu valued at P27,200.
The Cubao Police Station 7, under PLt. Col. Ramon Czar Solas, apprehended Owie Dela Cruz and Dexter Ruiz at 6:10 p.m. in Brgy. E. Rodriguez. Recovered from them were 2 grams of shabu valued at P13,600.
The Anonas Police Station 9, headed by PLt. Col. Zachary Capellan, arrested Roger Reyes, Norhan Anton, Joemar De Castro and Jose Ericson Gile at 10:10 p.m. in Brgy. Old Capitol Site. Seized from them was 1 gram of shabu, valued at P6,800.
Payatas Bagong Silangan Police Station 13, under PLt. Col. Leonie Ann Dela Cruz, arrested Jonarie Zaragoza and Edrian Abliter at 12:30 a.m. in Brgy. Bagong Silangan. Seized from them were 6 grams of shabu valued at P40,800.
All suspects now face charges for violating R.A. 9165 (Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002) before the Quezon City Prosecutor’s Office.
