THREE Primewater branches in Central Luzon, along with their local water district-joint venture partners have maintained their ISO 9001:2015 certification surveillance audit during the last quarter of 2021 and first quarter of 2022.

The joint venture partnerships between PrimeWater-Tarlac City Water District (TCWD), PrimeWater-Floridablanca Water District (FWD), and PrimeWater-City of San Fernando Water District (CSFWD) in Pampanga has shown that they were able to sustain their continuous efforts to provide high-quality services and best practices to their consumers, the community, and the country amidst the ongoing pandemic.

“We are proud that these branches managed to maintain their certification streak for years now. It only proves that the partnership offers top-notch processes and services to meet the highest standards of customer satisfaction. We aspire for the other branches to follow suit,” states Atty. Cezar Ong, PrimeWater Operations Head for North Luzon and Mindanao.

ISO 9001 is an international standard on Quality Management System (QMS) that evaluates the ability of an organization to consistently provide quality products and services that meet the requirements of its customers. PW City of San Fernando and Floridablanca maintained their status in the surveillance audit in November and December 2021 respectively while Tarlac City passed the audit with the highest rating of “zero non-conformity” in January 2022 by a German firm TUV NORD Philippines, Inc. a globally recognized certifying body for ISO standards.

The three branches were part of PrimeWater’s joint venture partnerships with local water districts to ensure that the water systems in the said cities will be modernized to fulfill the growing demand and population in each area.

Among the several projects undertaken by the partnership includes the construction of 13 source development projects and increased pipe laying works to 467 km in the City of San Fernando.

Meanwhile, four source developments were built and the pipe laying network were also expanded to 35.384km in the municipality of Floridablanca also in Pampanga. On the other hand, drilling works for two source development projects and construction of two additional pumping stations including a 1,000 cubic meter steel bolted glass-fused ground reservoir were jointly undertaken in Tarlac City.
