President Marcos leads send-off for Team PH
President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. was the guest of honor and speaker during the send-off ceremony hosted by the Philippine Sports Commission (PSC) and Philippine Olympic Committee (POC) for the Paris Olympics-bound Filipino athletes at the Ayuntamiento de Manila in Intramuros.
Nine Filipino athletes, led by Tokyo Olympics silver medalists Nesthy Petecio and Carlo Paalam, were present in the send-off.
Also present were PSC Chairman Richard Bachmann and POC President Abraham “Bambol” Tolentino.
