PCSO gives P1M worth of medical equipment to Nueva Ecija
THE Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) donated nearly P1 million worth of medical equipment to the 4th District of Nueva Ecija.
The PCSO said it gave blood pressure apparatus and nebulizers worth P933,000.
According to the agency, the medical equipment was turned over to Nueva Ecija 4th District Board Member Teresita A. Patiag.
The said medical equipment will be distributed to 135 barangays in the said district.
PCSO Chairperson and Ad Interim General Manager Anselmo Simeon P. Pinili said the agency’s donations were from its customers who patronize its games.
“The PCSO would like to thank the gaming public for your continuous support of our games and other programs. Through these, we can extend help to our fellow Filipinos in need of our assistance,” he said in a statement.
“The said equipment are both essential to the community health management, and it is a very timely donation of PCSO as the country is still in a pandemic.”
