PBBM sa PNPA grads: Huwag magmadali sa promosyon
PINAYUHAN ni Pangulong Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr. ang mga graduates ng Philippine National Police Academy (PNPA) na huwag magmadali sa promosyon.
Sa talumpati ng Pangulo, sinabi nito na hindi nasusukat ang career ng isang pulis, jail, fire officer sa mabilis na promosyon kundi sa kwalidad ng ibininigay na serbisyo sa publiko.
“Let me remind you that your career should not be measured by the speed you have moved up the ranks alone, but by the quality of the service that you have given to our people,” pahayag ni Pangulong Marcos sa 45th PNPA Commencement Exercises for Layag-Diwa Class of 2024 sa Cavite.
“The service you are about to consecrate your life to is not a race to collect insignia nor accumulate prized assignments. It is to do as much good as often to as many without expecting any reward in return, because service itself is our reward,” pahayag ni Pangulong Marcos.
Ayon kay Pangulong Marcos, dapat isabuhay ng mga graduates ang core values ng kanilang klase na Justice, Integrity, at Service.
Hinikayat din ni Pangulong Marcos ang mga graduates na gamitin ang digital at information technology (IT) para.labanan ang krimen.
Nabatid na sa 223 graduating PNPA cadets, 199 ang magsisilbi sa Philippine National Police, 12 sa Bureau of Jail.Management and Penology at 12 sa Bureau of Fire Protection.
