
Notorious drug suspect in Pampanga yields P400K shabu
A NOTORIOUS drug suspect on Monday yielded over P400,000 worth of shabu, gun and bullets in a buy-bust operation in Pampanga.
In a report to Police Regional Office (PRO3) director Brig. Gen. Jean Fajardo, Pampanga police director Col. Jay Dimaandal identified the suspect as alias “Pring,” 37, of Bgy. Pulung Masle, Guagua, Pampanga.
Dimaandal said the entrapment was launched on the suspect by members of the Provincial Drug Enforcement Unit, the Pampanga police, Pampanga Provincial intelligence Unit and the San Fernando City police, in coordination with the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency Region 3, in Bgy. San Jose, San Fernando City, Pampanga.
Seized from the suspect were around 61 grams of shabu valued at P414,800, one cal. .380 gun, one .380 magazine loaded with two live rounds of .380 gun, a motorcycle and a cellphone.
The suspect will be charged with violation of Republic Act 9165 or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002, RA 10591 or the Comprehensive Firearms and Ammunition Regulation Act, and the Omnibus Election Code.
