No forced interview — Pasig residents
PASIG netizens condemned accusations that they were allegedly forced to be interviewed at a compound in Pasig, where free rice was being handed out to the needy.
A resident of Pasig claimed that those interviewed by the media and vlogger, including a female PWD who went viral, were not coerced into expressing their views but it was their voluntary decision to participate in the videos.
“In fact it was our own choice,” a witness identified only as “Ronnel” said.
The stories went viral after reports that the netizens were being coerced in exchange for money.
“Not a single housing project or a hospital has been constructed here in Pasig,” the netizens said.
The establishment of a new and modern hospital, school supplies for students and construction of additional school rooms, equitable distribution of aid, healthcare for senior citizens, and benefits for the residents of Pasig can be achieved under the leadership of Discaya,
