No.1 most wanted in Tarlac falls
Camp Olivas, City of San Fernando, Pampanga – Tarlac police director Col. Renante Cabico said the top most wanted in the province on Sunday was caught in Tarlac, Tarlac.
Cabicon identified the suspect as John Mar Fernando, 25, and a resident of Sitio Bagong Barrio , Bgy. Sapang Maragul, Tarlac City.
Fernando was arrested by elements of the Tarlac City police based on a warrant for four counts of rape.
PRO3 director brig. Gen valeruano de leon lauded the Tarlac police for another successful manhunt operation.
