New Candelaria PS commander
Quezon police director, Col. Ledon Monte (center), presides over the turnover of the Candelaria Police Station (PS) Commander. At right is Lt. Col. Dennis de Leon, the incoming Officer-In-Charge (OIC) of the said police station, while at left is the outgoing acting commander, Lt. Col. Tyrone Valenzona. In his message, Monte urged De Leon to do his best as OIC and be an effective partner of the local government unit in serving their constituents.
